Users and their organisations can also apply for access to the complete catalogue which numbers over 100 courses which can be delivered either individually or as part of a competency management framework via our Qual-eFire system or integrated with an organisation’s own Learning Management platform.

Leah’s been a passionate and dedicated firefighter for the past 30 years. Leah started her firefighting career as a volunteer firefighter for a structural fire department then transitioned into aviation firefighting. Leah was diagnosed with bladder cancer 4 years ago at the age of 46 and has become an advocate for firefighter cancer. Leah has mentored other firefighters with cancer through the firefighter cancer support network.
Jack A. Digliani, PhD, EdD is a licensed psychologist and a former deputy sheriff, police officer, and detective. He served as a law enforcement officer for the Laramie County, Wyoming Sheriff’s Office, the Cheyenne, Wyoming Police Department, and the Fort Collins, Colorado Police Services (FCPS). He was the FCPS Director of Human Services and police psychologist for the last 11 years of his FCPS police career. While in this position he provided psychological services to employees and their family, and clinically supervised the FCPS Peer Support Team.
With a foundation in education, where he cultivated a deep passion for empowering learners, as well as extensive experience in emergency services in leadership roles that allowed him to prioritise community safety and champion the well-being of first responders. Anthony has a global reputation in occupational physiology, focusing on the health, safety, and performance risks facing emergency responders. Undeterred by systemic resistance.
Peter’s expertise is highly sought after with more than 20 years’ experience in ARFF operations, including as Assistant Chief Fire Officer (National Operations Standards Manager) where he and his team was responsible for the entire ARFF service in Australia, including 27 airport fire stations and approximately 1000 firefighters Australia-wide.
Peter has trained ARFF teams in more than 20 countries worldwide, project managed the construction of several fire training schools worldwide, and also provides consultancy services to ARFFS organisations and Civil Aviation agencies. He has been a long-term Board Director of the ARFF Working Group (USA) and the International Aviation Fire Protection Association (IAFPA) and is often asked to speak at key international conferences.
